SHOW UP
The live side of the work
Experience

Get out. Show up.

Some ideas belong on a page. Some belong in headphones. Some belong in photographs or tiny films.

And some only become real when people are standing in the same room.

Workshops. Conversations. Photography. Music. Creative experiments. Coffee. Food. Strangers becoming less strange. Things none of us could have made alone.

Right now Nothing
announced
yet.
The next thing is taking shape

The calendar is quiet. The ideas aren't.

There aren't any public events announced right now. That doesn't mean this side of the work has stopped.

I'm thinking about gatherings, workshops, photography experiences, creative sessions, conversations, music, storytelling and other reasons to get people away from the feed and into something they can actually participate in.

When there is something worth showing up for, it will live here.

Join the list below or follow along socially if you want to see the next idea while it is still becoming something.
What this can become

No clean categories here either.

Just like the rest of my work, the live side can start anywhere. A photograph can become a gathering. A conversation can become a workshop. A song can become a room full of people telling stories.

The medium changes. The reason to connect stays the same.

Make

Creative Workshops

Photography, music, storytelling, creative thinking and hands-on sessions built around making something rather than sitting through another lecture.

Meet

Conversations

Small gatherings and honest conversations where people can exchange ideas, tell stories and find out what happens when strangers actually talk to each other.

See

Photography Experiences

Walks, portraits, visual experiments and situations where photography becomes a reason to pay closer attention to people, place and time.

Listen

Music + Story

Songs, performances, works in progress and the stories underneath them — especially where the album, the book and the lived experience start touching each other.

Explore

Creative Experiments

Some things won't have a familiar name yet. That is often the interesting part. Try the idea, see who shows up, learn from what happens.

Connect

Reasons To Be There

The simplest goal: give people a real reason to leave the house, make a memory, meet someone and participate in their own lives.

Why bother?

Because a screen can't do everything.

A screen is useful. The internet is how a lot of this work finds people in the first place.

But there are conversations you only have because you sat at the same table. Photographs that only happen because you walked somewhere. Ideas that only become real because somebody else was standing there when you said them out loud.

I want to create reasons for people to participate in their own lives, not just watch somebody else's.

Come along

Find out when the next thing becomes real.

Drop your first name and email. I'll send you what I'm making, what I'm exploring, and the next reason to show up when there is something worth sharing.

Come along.

First name. Email. That's enough.

Keep going

Pick another door.

Experience is only one piece of the creative world. Follow whatever pulls at you next.

Show up. See what happens.

I don't know exactly what the next experience will be yet. That's part of the point.

When the idea is ready and there is a reason to gather, I'll put it here.
