I'm especially interested in things built around creativity, reinvention, storytelling, photography, music, entrepreneurship, starting over, identity, resilience and what we make from the lives we're actually given.

Something We Haven't Named Yet

There are plenty of stories to talk about.
More than three decades as a photographer. New York. Travel. Teaching. Entrepreneurship. Colombia. Starting over in Michigan. Returning to music after twenty-one years. Teaching myself how to record and produce an album. Writing about creativity, identity and reinvention.
I don't need the conversation to stay safely inside one category.
The interesting part is usually where the categories start colliding.
These songs were made to leave the studio eventually.
The In-Between releases October 17, 2026, but the record isn't supposed to end as a collection of files sitting on streaming platforms.
I'm interested in opportunities to perform the music live — especially intimate rooms, acoustic performances, songwriter-style events, art spaces, creative gatherings and situations where the stories behind the songs matter as much as the songs themselves.
Sometimes a song sounds different when the person who wrote it is standing ten feet away telling you why it exists.
Because a screen can't do everything.
The internet is useful. It's how a lot of this work finds people in the first place.
But there are conversations you only have because you sat at the same table. Questions people only ask because they were actually in the room. Songs that feel different live. Photographs that only happen because everybody walked somewhere together.
I want to create reasons for people to participate in their own lives, not just watch somebody else's.
